** I tried really hard to make sure the majority of every outfit was thrifted, and when I say "thrifted" I mean that it was either purchased at a second hand store, given to me, or found in my daughters pile of clothes going to the second hand store...love when she gives things away!! The one thing I have a hard time finding are pants and jeans. So most of those, with the exception of a few, are not thrifted.
My message in doing this is to show that it is possible to look great on a small budget. You don't have to spend lots of money on expensive clothing to have a great wardrobe and lots of fun things to wear! I've been keeping a keen eye on the thrift store for years - some days are like hitting the jackpot and other days I walk away with nothing. So if you don't find anything the first or second time you shop, don't give up, because you will probably SCORE on the third!!! Plus, it's fun fun fun! In my opinion...
