My Happy Place: The Missionary Countdown Calendar

I have wanted one so bad, since before my missionary left, and have seen so many different ways to countdown the two years but I didn't fall in love with any that I saw.

I happened to be speaking with a good friend and neighbor, when I mentioned to her that I was looking for some way to count down the days until Sam comes home from his mission. She said, "Haven't you seen mine?" and whipped out her phone and told me about her brother's company called

It was exactly what I was looking for and ordered mine straightaway!
It was super reasonable and when it came I was just so happy with the quality, and it comes with a package of different colored highlighters to highlight each area he serves in.

And here it is, standing where we can easily check off each day that he is gone. I couldn't be happier! It doubles as a beautiful piece of art, PLUS it makes for a great keepsake for him when he returns home.
