This recipe is so eeeeeaassy to make, especially if you have cooked and cut up chicken ready to go. Whenever I make it, happy sounds come out of my teenagers! They turn into gooey little children that need their mother again. You know? Some of my most satisfying moments are when I watch my family devour the food that I have made for dinner. It does a mother's heart good!
